CB PAGE GRANT AWARDED
We are happy to announce that we have awarded a grant of $250 to Laurie Brown, PEN teacher at Bridge Valley and Jamison. This grant was available to all PEN teachers in the district to apply for funds to be used for educational purposes in the classroom. Ms. Brown will be receiving the funds this year and will be purchasing LEGO robotics equipment to use in her classroom for PEN’s Future Studies unit and in the FIRST LEGO League 2011 Challenge. These uses are designed to integrate with the district’s goals to improve the availability, use, and integration of technology. Congratulations, Ms. Brown!
